Hot Chilli Dinner: Boulevards Indian Club - Friern Barnet, North London, UK

One of my favourite Indian Club curries. Lamb Karahi made to phall heat and Green Finger Chilies to add. Not blazing hot but so damn tasty. With the football on and crisp cold beer...this chilli experience has it all!!

Hot Chilli Dinner: Diablo's Cantina - Las Vegas, USA

Throwback Thursday brings a 2009 taste explosion right on the famous Las Vegas Strip where a side of chilli sauce with my Mexican burrito matched the temperature of the desert...HOT. This dish introduced me to the Savina hot pepper which delivers a sting like a scorpion. Today Diablo's sells this sauce and also presents the Death Wing Challenge...a great reason to head back to Sin City

Hot Sauce Report: Manda African Style Chilli Sauce

This exotic chilli sauce takes me on a journey to Africa...Zambia to be exact. Habaneros grown in Zambian fields and pulped into a rich and fiery sauce. So good I've almost finished it in 2 weeks flat. A trip to Zambia to explore further delights is on the cards.

Hot Chilli Dinner: The Punjab - Covent Garden, London, UK

New Year starts off with a whimper as the chefs at The Punjab failed to raise the heat of a Chicken Curry. Some restaurants fail to spice up their food as they stay close to what goes well with regular customers. Had to load up on the extra green chillies to make this dish hot and add better taste.
